I'll preface this by saying this is not a fake review. I knew next to nothing about home buying aside from parental advice and basic research when I started looking at houses on Zillow. Not sure if I was serious or not or if my Fiance and I would be able to afford a house that would work well for us to start a family. When I scheduled a house tour through zillow it connected me with Jeff. Jeff was responsive, personable and thorough. He made the search process a lot easier by being as present as he could. Would meet on very short notice, always take time for calls or to answer questions or at the very least follow up when he was busy. At no point along my short 2 month home search Journey did Jeff ever drop the ball or let me down. In fact, it was due to his encouragement (without being pushy) to get pre-approved and get all my ducks in order that when it came time to put an offer in on a house, we were ready. Our first offer on a house was accepted... 3 months later after a long drawn out, stressful and exhausting closing period due in part of the specific and unique mortgage. Without Jeff this never would have happened and negotiations would likely have fallen though. This man, even worked while on vacation for me. Talk about going above and beyond. The uncertainty surrounded the home buying process and what to do next and where to go was made all the more easy due to Jeff's work ethic to deliver for his clients. I'm proud and happy for the work he put in during late nights, long weekends and even his own vacation. Our home would not have happened with a different realtor. I give my highest recommendations for Jeffrey Wagner as a real estate agent if you are looking to buy a house. But more importantly, if you want someone to be there when it counts.
